We had a complicated situation going into our home buying process with job changes, returning from deployment, and an extended escrow period for personal reasons. Anamaria was amazing through the whole process. Her knowledge and connections within the San Diego real estate community made the process very seamless. We had multiple inspections done and she was able to arrange them all within the initial contingency period. She was able to negotiate for the extended escrow period we required as well as many of the repairs we requested. She was an advocate for us with all the entities that played a role in our closing. Even after closing, we are able to reach out to her for advice and recommendations. We were very pleased with the entire experience and very much love our new home!
