Tim Steers

Tim Steers spent his Marine Corps career in aviation. During his career he worked as a combat instructor and a mechanic on the C-130 Hercules and the MV-22 Osprey, serving as a Gunnery Sergeant at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe Bay.

He moved into real estate in California during his active duty time. He then used the SkillBridge program through the DoD - as many service members do - to intern with Coastal Homes & Estates in October 2021 and exit his military career while in Hawai'i in March 2022. He has been with eXp Realty since.

That path shapes how he works with military clients. He has personally navigated a PCS, an EAS, and the compressed timelines that come with both, so he knows what a 30-day window actually feels like and what to ask before orders are final.

Though he no longer practices in California, that early mainland experience helps on a Hawai'i-California move.
