Ana-Maria Contis was born in Cluj, Transylvania, Romania. Although she comes from Dracula's land, Ana-Maria is a very caring person. In June 2000, with about $130 in her pocket and barely speaking a few sentences in English, she relocated, by herself, to the USA. During this tumultuous journey, she realized there are moments in life (whether you plan for them or not) when you need different specialists for yourself or for the people you care about.


Ana-Maria started working in the real estate field as loan officer back in 2005 after training in the processing, doc drawing and funding department of a Mortgage Banker. Her knowledge and experience in the mortgage field enables her to set accurate expectations for everyone involved, explain the process and keep the process as smooth as possible.


In 2013 she started working as a real estate broker and in 2017 opened her own Brokerage, Coastal Homes & Estates. In 2021 she joined eXp Realty to have more support for the daily operations and be able to focus on helping sellers and buyers in need of assistance.
